We are repeat client of their tingkat. Food and services have always maintained at satisfactory standard.

Food is tasty, portion is fair for 3 people, delivery is early at around 4pm for my side, menu is not provided

Food portion is sufficient and taste good to our liking, I have renewed the order repeatedly and family members enjoy it.

Food is nice with generous fish portion pretty frequently. Customer service is good and takes feedback seriously. Will recommend to friends!

I like the chicken wing and fish. The taste and the portion of the food can be improved though. Hope to have variety next time too

Was a bit apprehensive at first because they didn't provide a menu, but was pleasantly surprised by the food. Quantity was more than sufficient for one person, and sometimes they had fish which I liked. A great variety of dishes with rare repeats in a cycle. Really enjoyed the soups. Food reminds me of home, and isn't salty.

Yes mostly food prepared is delicious like home cook no salty and oily , family member like it very much...

Tried 20 days 2 pax Tingkat dinner. Dinner had been delivered promptly. Though pricing package is more economical compared with other caterers, I do not find its dishes tasty and value for money. So decided not to continue with my order.

In general, the food is pretty good and delicious. Customer service take prompt action on feedback. But the food portion is not consistent. We ordered tingkat for 2 pax, but few occasional, they provide "a very thin layer of steam egg" which is not sufficient for 2 pax. We have occasion received the fishball as one of the dishes and the soup is meatball soup. We hope to have a more balanced diet and reduce processed food.
