But it's the worst service I've ever encountered among the tingkat caterers. Hongchoo kept getting my order wrong. Out of the first 6 days, 4 days I had received the wrong order (Hong Choo later ... More clarified that the multiple mistakes were due to a new driver). Either not supposed to have spicy dish but they delivered spicy, if not then gave me 1 pax rice when it's supposed to be 2. One of the days was worst, no rice at all. When I called in, they wanted to compensate by providing the extra rice on the next day, which means 4 pax of rice. Does that make sense? Eventually they agreed to refund money for the rice that was missed out. But one of the staff had a bad attitude. Please work on your service recovery, Hong Choo.
