Had  made many buffet orderings for gathering, this is definately my worst caterer.   Reviewed on 23rd Dec 2019 Verified Purchase Food received packed in disposal containers in normal plastic carrier bags, should have placed in at least a keep warm carrier bag. The food are already cold when received. Some rice grain still not fully cooked, the broccoli has bitter taste ( ... More perhaps not throughly cleaned ). The crispy scallop yam basket, no crispyness at all. The braised pork with bun is a very dissapointing dish. The braised meat lacks the aromatic smell of spices but instead guest comment on unpleasant smell of the meat ( not fresh ) this is the worst dish from guest feedback.
