Tingkat usually reached my house at 6:30pm, the latest I remembered was 6:45pm which is actually very late for dinner because usually my kids eat dinner at 6pm. I also selected no vegetables for special request but I still received vegetables 2 to 3 ... Moretimes a week despite my feedback to their CS twice. Seems like they don't take special requests very seriously.
Food portion was OK and they are very generous with the rice. So 2 packets of rice is actually enough to feed 2 adults and 2 kids in a single meal. Show less

Decent food variety. I booked a 10 days package and twice they have missed out my rice which i have paid for. I called customer service before and they assured me it will not happen again but it did. Everyday the vegetables dish is not fresh, one of the day it turn sour, this show the food has been put for how long.
The delivery service is good, just the food does not have consistent standard.
