Communication: The person-in-charge was very prompt in contacting me and was very approachable over the phone. However, she didn't respond to my message and calls the day before and even an hour before the event, causing me to fear that there might be a no-show. Luckily, Iniga did deliver, in good time for the event.

Food: Here is where I wonder how standards could differ so greatly from previous reviewers. The menu looks good in its variety and festive theme however the taste of the dishes leave much to be desired. The baked potato was undercooked - the slices were hard. The spaggheti bolognaise wasn't particularly tasty. The prawns tasted fine but weren't firm enough. The only good cooked dish was probably the turkey as it wasn't dry. The fruit was fresh but the portions could have been bigger - half a mango for 15 pax to share, really?

I'm disappointed because I organised it for an office party and I felt bad making people pay for food that they generally didn't want to finish.

Turkey is too hard to chew BUT is very nice.

The caterer could have provided more bowls since there were 2 dishes (last & dessert) that required bowls and there was enough to go around at the end

food was of good flavour and guests had praises for them which is rare.

It has been a pleasant experience ordering from Foodline. There is a wide array of caterer choices, offering different types of food, that it is almost impossible to choose one. The rating and review section for the caterers is also helpful. We ended up taking Iniga because the food they offered matched the party theme and the price was very reasonable. We were happy with their services and food quality. The setup was done fast and fuss free. They clean up was also equally efficient. We will definitely use the services of Iniga and Foodline again.

The food was cold when it was delivered. The bee hoon was nice though. The curry puffs were replaced by coffee cake . The caterers explained that the oven broke down so couldn't prepare the puffs. I would have preferred that they call me earlier before delivery to inform me of the change of menu. But I was only told of the changes when I called them. Not do pleased that they unilaterally changed the item without informing me. I didn't want the coffee cake they replaced as I have already gotten the éclairs and custard puffs.

Having said that, the food and service from this caterer is generally pretty good. This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them.The downside is that the food was cold when delivered to my place .

I order for 70 pax, did not have a chance to taste all the dishes as was busy entertaining guests but i presume that the golden salted egg prawn was good as it was gone within a short period of time. The desert i ordered was bo bo cha cha but it was changed to cheng teng without informing me. Setup was so so and the food did not have a dish displaying tag being display so we had a hard time figuring out which is which. To be frank, this was the 2nd catering of the day as i have a afternoon catering so i can have a more direct comparison between both within the same day. Overall is still acceptable but maybe the service could be better.

They deliver the food on time. Very good.

The overall food are good.

It just that my guests come a bit late and all the foods are already ice cold.
Should have implement some way to at least keep the food warm for at least 3 hours.

Very happy with the foodline service as well.

Overall the food and service are good

My order was for 630 pm but the driver delivered the food at 530pm. by the time my guests arrived at the 630 pm the food had turned cold and we had to warm up some of the items in the oven.

but overall a pleasant experience and my guests enjoyed the food.

The food overall is delicious and yet with reasonable price
