Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Delivery timing from 7am to 7pm. Additional charges and minimum order quantity will apply for deliveries before 7am or after 7pm. 45-minute grace period before or after the arrival time due to unforeseen traffic conditions, security, unloading issues etc.

Collection time may be delayed due to the peak festive season. We seek your kind understanding and patience.

Our portioning is a ratio of 1:1 with a 10% buffer.

The management reserves the right to replace any dish should it be unavailable at the time of event based on Chef’s discretion.

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellation must reach us at least 7 working days before the event date. Otherwise, 50% of the invoice amount will be billed accordingly. The full invoice amount will be charged for cancellations less than 5 working days before the event date.
