Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Delivery timing from 7am to 7pm. Additional charges and minimum order quantity will apply for deliveries before 7am or after 7pm.

45-minute grace period before or after the arrival time due to unforeseen traffic conditions, security, unloading issues etc.

We provide one portion per person with a 10% buffer.

Strictly PayNow or cheque for all events from 9th January till 3rd March 2026 (Except for selected corporate customers such as MNCs, government bodies, etc.)

The management reserves the right to replace any dish should it be unavailable at the time of event based on Chef’s discretion.

Written Cancellation must reach us at least 7 working days before the event date. Otherwise, 50% of the invoice amount will be billed accordingly. The full invoice amount will be charged for cancellation less than 5 working days before the event date.
