Generally my colleagues all like their food and this is the second time we are purchasing from International Catering Pte Ltd

Overall the food is good

Flexible caterer that allows us to change and add on dish to the original menu.

Satisfactory customer service that called twice to confirm the order.

Good delivery that deliver the food almost on time.

The food is nice and tasty especially the fried rice, broccoli and the yam paste.

Delivery was on time. Set up good. But the food portion was too small for 30pax. Minestrone soup was too diluted so did not have that little spicy and sour taste. Baked rice was very dry. Spaghetti with seafood was disappointing as hardly any seafood in the sauce which was also very diluted. Desert Sago Honey Dew had so much ice and only a few small pieces of honey dew! Only great dish was the grilled chicken with black pepper.

Overall average, but the Black Pepper Fish Fillet was too salty, pls review the quality. Best 3 Dishes are Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, Curry Chicken with Potato and Braised Beancurd with Mushroom.

Our event time was 12pm, but the vendor arrived at 10.30am - way too early that was not acceptable. The food turned cold by the time we started our meal at 12pm sharp - very disappointed.

We ordered 30pax for approx. 25 person, the fingers food portion were too small to go for 1more for each pax.

We sincerely hope that all caterers live to honor the basic motto in satisfying your "guest's stomach" with sumptuous meal.

I called the caterer to feedback and the lady told me this is their usual portion. It's our first time ordering from them and we were so embarrassed on the portions. We had 2 different sites on the same day and time. 1 had 85 people and this site for 30 people, we ever ordered extra 3 portions just in case, but once it was setup, you can see outright that it is definitely not what it is catered for.

It was a corporate event and buffets were common in our company, but not at such portions.
