First order. Full of Disappointment.
Didnt expect the quantity provided. It's too little for 10 pax.
Food were cold, were delivered without keeping them in warmer bag. vegetables were closed to uncooked status. Very tough and raw taste.
Prawns were tough and too dry.
Yusheng doesnt include any salmon slices. Only provided a few tiny razon clams.
Quite disappointed with this first time experience. The food definitely doesnt justify the price.

Need to review the food.
Menu G food is more delicious that Menu D (more people prefer Menu G)
Menu D rice too dry, side dish too little, fish only 2 small pieces. A lot of complaints on this dish.

Disappointed with the dishes. Not value for the money
The name of goose meat dishes very misleading. I thought it was vegetarian duck meat... But end up it turn up to be crispy goose meat. This goose meat is the very least value for money. Should order for something better and nicer.
Customer service officer's service was good.
But the catering delivery man scratch some of my floor tiles when setting up the catering...
My guests did not eat the Lo tan vegetable & sweet & sour fish, saying the dishes was too normal. Spring rolls spoiled rigt after delivery man came to collect the setting. Suspect the spring rolls was done overnight....

It's quite convenient to order food from FoodLine.
The food is ok for the price. They delivered on time but collected too late. The party ended at 9:30pm, but we had to wait until 10:55pm in function room.
