The spring roll has a strong bad oil smell. The salted egg yolk chicken dont taste like salted egg at all.

Food was great except portion for steam fish is bare minimum.. ordered for 20 pax n u get 20 slices of fish 😢 besides this.. thumbs up for the rest 👍

Logistic needs improvement.. food delivery was late and paper plates missing. Nice of the Delivery man to offer buying for us however we had our own cutlery so all good.

Was very disappointed with both the food and service. Though food was delivered timely, however it was missing out on the disposable crockery, cutlery, cups, serving ladles and trash bags. The guests have to wait for more than half an hour before the missing items were delivered. By then food was cold.

Braised Ee Fu Noodles was so salty that many guests forgo taking it. Mango pomelo sago was disappointing too as the sago was too soft and soggy. It was not a pleasant dinner for my guests on CNY day 1.

The nasi goreng kampung was inedible. Took one bite and the whole rice was SLIMEY! Texture was mushy and I immediately spat it out. The other guests also said it was spoilt. Threw away the whole box! Wasted my money. The other food were quite bad too (taste wise and texture). Don't ever get food catering from this company. Horrible aftersales service (NO REPLIES AT ALL) when I contacted them at 7.47pm.

I feel bad writing this for a Christmas catering. Context wise, since 20 - 25 Dec we have had either hosted or gone to other homes for Christmas catered ~ 10 Pax mini buffet type of meals, family members made comparisons. Sadly, this has been the most disappointing one. Started with delivery arriving late, driver called to ask for condo name only then, but still later requested me to whatsapp him my live location. Later also had to go down to carpark to bring up together. Hmm company should have given him an extra helper if really unmanageable, esp. if we also busy with guests above.

The other 10pax mini buffet usually came in the black stylish crates but this came in your normal Tze char plastic takeaway vibe. Spoon fork and serviettes packed like as though u ordered bento set. Carbs for pasta and rice came way more in proportion to the meat. I had to replate the fish onto a plate to avoid it looking so little inside the plastic container. Grilled broccoli came with many parts ‘burnt’ black, u can see the portion is v little. Ordered cereal prawns and no crisp as soggy due to them closing the container for some time while hot, no cereal bits where kids usually love to sprinkle the excess to eat. Sweet paprika chicken - dry and bland, and kids were the ones who bluntly said out in the party- why no taste , no paprika , so plain. Same for the rice. The pasta was called Truffled Penne Pesto and considering we had guests who said they usually don’t like the truffle taste/smell and so didn’t plan to eat, and in the end the rest told them don’t worry - there is no truffle taste inside at all. It’s just pesto looking like Shrek’s pasta. Sigh. The only saving grace was the mini mushroom quiche for flavour but also a pity it came with at least 2 of them broken at the crust. I honestly felt so embarrassed by the whole presentation and blandness of it - I apologised to my guests considering I chose this for Christmas Day itself and the day before the other caterer my family rated 9.5/10 for similar priced range for Christmas catered food. Had to order Old Chang Kee small bites to supplement. Not that it mattered too much lastly, but just to note water provided were in small bottles of 350ml.

I am content with the customer retention service. Please be alert to customer requests. Including 3 spicy items in a bento for primary school children is a big no no at a birthday party. Will order again. I enjoyed the excess paprika chicken.

Food was rather terrible. The "Salted Egg Yoke Chicken" was dry and lumpy. Most other dishes so-so. Only "Black Pepper Prawn" was ok. Only plus was that delivery was on time.

Very disappointed with the buffet and will not recommending this caterer to anyone. I ordered "Salted Egg Yolk Prawn", ended up with "Chicken" instead of "Prawn" without any notification about the changes. The rice for the Yang Chow Fried Rice is too sticky and lumpy, like overcooked. The seafood wonton was not crunchy and the Mango Pomelo Sago tasted terrible, not cold and likely spoilt. The Kung Pao Chicken was extremely salty and the sweet & Sour fish is not sour at all.
Overall, I will not recommending this caterer, and beware of the fake review with 5 stars. Please read through the comment before you place your order. My guest was very disappointed with the buffet.

The food portions were generous but the food itself elicited diverging responses around the table.
Egg fried rice was soft
Veg was a little spicy (peppery?)
Orange chicken had strong taste of indian spices, can't really taste orange
Garlic butter prawn had a creamy/cheesy taste
Overall, the food wasn't exactly what we expected, with some taking well to the unexpected flavours while others not exactly enjoying it.

All the dishes are okay, especially the steamed fish; thick and juicy: Chicken is tasty : Mee Sua has generously added seafood like sotong and prawns. Thumbs up. The disappointed dish is the Nonya Chap Chye. The black fungus is dry and hard, not fully cooked. The carrots are too hard , not fully cooked. Honey dew sago will be better if small sago is used instead of the big ones. Generally the Honey dew Sago is tasty with generous portion with honey dew. Hopefully the caterer will improve on the the vegetable dish. May consider for return order but try other vegetable dish.
