First ... More and foremost, the delivery was delayed by more than 1.5 hours due to the driver's inability to locate the carpark entrance and a power supply issue in their kitchen. This is completely unacceptable for a catering service that should prioritize punctuality and professionalism, especially for events. The delay resulted in food that was not hot upon arrival, raising serious concerns about food safety and quality. The seafood mee sua was an absolute disaster—completely soggy, with a horrible taste that rendered it inedible. Almost the entire tray had to be discarded because it was so terrible. For a dish that should be a highlight, this was a huge disappointment. To make matters worse, I’m not even sure if any of the food was cooked more than four hours before delivery, which is a serious food safety red flag. The lack of transparency and care for food handling is alarming and unacceptable. Overall, Island Catering Services Pte Ltd failed on every front—service, punctuality, and food quality. I would strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere for reliable and professional catering services. This experience was a complete letdown and a waste of money.
