All the dishes are okay, especially the steamed fish; thick and juicy: Chicken is tasty : Mee Sua has generously added seafood like sotong and prawns. Thumbs up. The disappointed dish is the Nonya Chap Chye. The black fungus is dry and hard, not fully cooked. The carrots are too hard , not fully cooked. Honey dew sago will be better if small sago is used instead of the big ones. Generally the Honey dew Sago is tasty with generous portion with honey dew. Hopefully the caterer will improve on the the vegetable dish. May consider for return order but try other vegetable dish.

The only good thing was that the delivery of the food was punctual and portion of food was good.

However the quality and the overall of the food was super DISAPPOINTING. .

The broccoli was yellow in colour instead of green. It was overcooked.

The toufu was overly fried and texture was super tough and hard.

Mango sago was not chilled and doesn’t not have any ice.

The crust of the fruit tarts was ultra soft and it just break when anyone attempt to pick it from the tray.

Orange chicken doesn’t taste like orange chicken. There wasn’t even a hitch of orange taste.

The iced lemon tea was a bit on the bland side as well.

Good value for money. The food is delicious and the portion generous. They provide sufficient cutlery for use and the delivery time is prompt. Will cater from Island Catering Services again!

The ood was delivered on time. The quantity offered is generous.
Family members feedback that curry chicken & fried noodles are delicious.
I will definitely order from this caterer again in the near future.

The portion was sufficient for 10 pax. The mixed vegetables and braised egg bean curd are almost thr same dish. Thr mixed vegetables had no toufu. The salted egg chicken and fried rice could had more flavours or seasoning

Generally food is OK and portion enough but sago dessert not so ideal coz it seems to be condensed milk instead of the usual coconut

All the food are great, compare I order for the previous 2 years vendor, portion is great. Will order again for next event.

But the set up time delay and the reason they given to us is traffic Jam.

I think the Kailan just looks meh and the sauce is a bit too spicy. In fact most of the food are on the spicy side, good if you like spicy.
The prawn with Chilli crab and cereal fish are good tho, but prawn is quite spicy! (Not really for kids)

The sotong yutiao --- is just yutiao. No sotong or sotong taste.

Bee hoon is very cui - as in all broken up.

Very nice food and I will recommend to my friends and colleagues. I will definitely post in my social network as well. Thanks roofline.

We want to thanks Island Catering foodline for their Service. I have key in my order address wrongly and they make an extra trip to deliver our food without any comment. I really want to thanks them and sorry for making sure mistake on my side. Our workers are very happy with the food and they taste great.
