Repeat order from Jessie Cathering, food was acceptable with simple local dishes, not too oily but tasty & recommended!

This is the first time I used Jessie's catering, looking at the menu, think it looks decent and I ordered. The portion of the dishes ok for a small eater.

Worth it and value of money, no MSG taste (which is great), good variety of food, delivery on time, portion size adequate

Ordered for a 10 days Tingkat Dinner.
Portion is good. Good to change different cooking method for meats.
Vegetables should have more flavours. Soup can be better. Rice is a lot.
Dinner was delivered between 2-4 pm, too early for dinner.

Ordered tingkat for 10 days for 3 pax.
Inconsistent standard. 50% of the dishes tasted ok, 50% taste was not ok and was hard to finish the meal.
Out of 10 meals, 4 meals were probably for 2.5pax.
For the 1st week, the chicken dish with soya sauce base came 3 times, with slight variations (eg. 1 dish had onions, 1 dish had bittergourd). Not much difference in flavour.
Fish was served 3 times, all 3 times the fish had fishy smell. Pretty unappetising.
A few times vege was overcooked. But a few times pretty ok.
Admin was satisfactory. Delivery was always punctual.

Don't understand why the vendor can't acknowledge the order via email and insisted voice call.. Everything now is either via email, whatapps or even an app to get thing done, but this vendor definitely has to improve its order processing process. Even using SMS is not a good option now as many people are now subscribing SIM only plan....

The food was warm when received and it is not too salty and oily. i have been ordering tingkat from Jessie's catering for the past 3 months and will continue to do so.

First order from Jessie Catering, 4 dishes with a rice, portion are good for a person, value for money!

Good portions and not salty. Mum likes.
Good selection without being predictable.
Would be nice to have a day of vegetarian meal.
