The delivery and service was prompt. Food was fabulous. Perfect for a party of 20 pax.

My friends and I love the food. It was delicious! The turkey was tender and soft. It was a tough choice for us to choose a favorite out of all 7 dishes. Food portion was good for 9 pax even though it should serve for 10-15pax. It is our first time ordering from Jessie catering, we were impressed by the food and service from the cater officer and delivery man. We would definitely recommend and come back for more when we have relatives and friends coming over for gathering again. Merry Christmas!

Food were delivered very early; 1.5hrs before event time indicated during order. Reason given was due to the wet weather. Food were delivery in a carton box instead od warmer bag. End up i have to reheat the food before serving to my guests. No serving tongs/ serving spoons provided. Plates given were pathetically small. Ordered Roasted Festive Platter (Sliced Oven Baked Turkey and Honey Ham), it was sent to us without the Honey Ham and realised only when we ate halfway. Called the office and the staff offered to send to us but will take another hour to reach us. Got an refund for that. Staff who answered the call did not apologise for that. One of my guest feedback the Fusili Chicken Bolognese with Cheese had turned bad(sour taste)! Log cake quite nice, for the rest of the items, taste was so so. Could have gotten other caterer for that price.

Some suggestions:
1)To omit fries from the menu.
2) Bigger portion of nuggets
3) Add hard boiled eggs for the salad vegetables ( which i did)

The food arrangement is not attractive enough, can be better. For example, you can see beans across all 4 dishes. So the variety can be improved.

This is my second month ordering. Portion is generous for one person but delivery is sometimes quite late eg. ard 6pm when the food is supposed to be consumed by 6.15pm or 6.30pm. Taste wise no complaints as I am not a picky or particular eater.

Timing of the delivery was very punctual and all the food were packed nicely. More than enough food to go around for 15 pax, but sauce was insufficient. The quality of the food is generally good, but it will be nicer if it is kept warm. We love the seasoning for the honey chicken wings and the pasta was done perfectly. Skinny fries became soggy and the roasted festive platter (turkey) was quite dry. Would suggest caterer to have a better balance of the menu so that it is not overly heavy on carbs. However, it was worth the value and would recommend it to the rest :)

Overall service is good. My vistors love the soon kueh most.

Sorely disappointed with the dishes from Jessie's Kitchen. Food was bland and watery and was barely enough for 2 pax. It was a significant contrast from the other caterer we tried. We needed a temporary catering service while our helper was away visiting her family. Now we are counting down the days to the end of the this service. 5 more days of unappetizing food! Too bad there's the no refund policy. :(

Can eat if you are not a picky eater

Prompt delivery and service. Well packaged food and yummy! Value for money considering the number of dishes provided conpared to other caterers. Thanks Jessie catering!
