Comparing this caterer compared to my previous caterer, although this caterer is slightly cheaper, it does not satisfy my food taste as the portion is small and the soup is boring

Do not like the food.

The vegetable dishes was very bland. It is very different from the trial that I tried earlier in May. The fried prawn was very dry and hard like chewing gum.

Other meat dishes are okay. I hope the standard is better but it was quite disappointing this time round

Delivery is so early before 3pm and needs to be consumed by 6.15pm. However everyone is working and by the time we are home, the food been sitting outside by my house for hours and past the consume-by time.

First week was okay as it is still lukewarm to hot by 6.30pm. However friday delivery was early as all dishes are cold and to make matters worse, the dish that day is curry veg and we had diarrhoea for 2 days.

I guess tingkat probably not much helpful to working families.

Worth A Try but can be better.

Food was ok. Customer service can be improved.

Food were delivered very early; 1.5hrs before event time indicated during order. Reason given was due to the wet weather. Food were delivery in a carton box instead od warmer bag. End up i have to reheat the food before serving to my guests. No serving tongs/ serving spoons provided. Plates given were pathetically small. Ordered Roasted Festive Platter (Sliced Oven Baked Turkey and Honey Ham), it was sent to us without the Honey Ham and realised only when we ate halfway. Called the office and the staff offered to send to us but will take another hour to reach us. Got an refund for that. Staff who answered the call did not apologise for that. One of my guest feedback the Fusili Chicken Bolognese with Cheese had turned bad(sour taste)! Log cake quite nice, for the rest of the items, taste was so so. Could have gotten other caterer for that price.

Some suggestions:
1)To omit fries from the menu.
2) Bigger portion of nuggets
3) Add hard boiled eggs for the salad vegetables ( which i did)

Sorely disappointed with the dishes from Jessie's Kitchen. Food was bland and watery and was barely enough for 2 pax. It was a significant contrast from the other caterer we tried. We needed a temporary catering service while our helper was away visiting her family. Now we are counting down the days to the end of the this service. 5 more days of unappetizing food! Too bad there's the no refund policy. :(

Small portion and feel thirsty after meal.

The food was delivered by 2.30 pm which is really too early for dinner. The price is acceptable but the vegetable e.g. cabbage is not well cooked. On the whole, food is fairly acceptable but could be better.
