For the current meal that you received, I can confirm that no chili or spicy ingredients were included in your food. Since we prepare meals in large batches, the same dish is provided to all clients who request "no spicy," and we’ve not received similar complaints from other customers regarding the spice level. The red color you noticed is likely due to the ketchup and tomato sauce used in the preparation, which can sometimes give the dish a vibrant appearance that may be misinterpreted as being spicy.
