Generally food quality is above average. Dishes are definitely better than regular coffeeshop cai png and it's near to zichar level. Vegetables are cooked nicely without over cooking.

Service delivery was prompt and courteous, but the food is average at best. Did not appreciate the processed food as the 4th dish and some days, the dishes are not appetising. Will be looking for other options in future.

A little pricey especially when a Condo charge is applicable

Having ordered an trial package for dinner for 8days and paying for Condo delivery fee, my food was cold and had to be reheated. On most days, I returned from work at 7pm, my food for two were delivered at 5.30pm as I stay in the WEST side of Singapore and do not have any options of being able to choose a time slot.
When it’s time to consume it, everyday there is at least a dish which has turned sour/spoilt because it was left outside for too long.
Felt like leftover lunch was delivered to us, simply a waste of time and money. What was worst is having unrest stomach each time we finish what was able to be consumed as meals after heating it up.

1) Additional surcharge applies for
• Deliver to condominium unit $1.00 per day (10 days, 8 days, and 5 days order) Most consumers who are staying at a private apartment/condominium with security guards/post have strict rules for allowing private vehicles and delivery man to access to the condo and the unit. These procedures caused delay in our deliveries.

2) Our delivery timing is 330pm to 730pm, we delivered at 530pm is a acceptable timing for dinner. Most of the caterer work at this system too. Timing unable to choose so hope you can understand every tingkat service unable to to select timing.

3) Regarding food turn sour due to it was left outside for too long, i will suggest you to put a warmer bag outside your gate so our delivery man or other caterer's delivery man will keep your food in the warmer bag to maintain the food last longer.

4) All caterer are strictly not allow to give customer left over food under the SFA law in Singapore.

5) You may check with our Kim Kitchenz 's customer's review mostly satisfied with our foods, timing and services. We are under 4.5/5 review.

The food arrives early at around 5pm everyday. I like the consistency of the delivery timing. The portion is just nice for my children and myself. The soups are tasty, and the dishes are nice too. I have extend the tingkat service for another 20 days. Will review again.

Food tastes OK, except that can cut down further on oil in some dishes. This was my 2nd order & I had wanted to renew but was told there is additional transport cost of $30 from Aug, which means I have to pay total of $45 for delivery & transport.

Good varieties of dishes. Like the vegetable that added ikan bilis or some other ingredients and not plainly same vegetable. So far the much better tingkat although price is slightly higher than some.

Good quality food, well cooked, tasty, delicious, healthy…..

The food is well prepared, tasty with healthy ingredients. The soup is the most tastier but soup spill always in container. Overall the way of cooking is still delicious, authentic local style. Delivery was once very late, but after transportation fee imposed, it comes 2 hrs earlier around 4pm. Hopefully, the food prepared just on time for dinner, don’t need to keep in fridge.
