Delivery is prompt and we enjoyed the taste and variety of the dishes and soup. The desserts are a nice touch and on some days, they provide brewed drinks but it is a hit-and-miss on most days.

Packaging can definitely be improved as there is ... More spillage noted on some days. One particular day, we had the whole soup spilled. Wondered how the delivery guy handled it. Feedback and service recovery is fast - provided additional soup and dish the next day and followed up on the delivery state.

May want to consider using tiffin carrier for better delivery and environmental reasons?
