Katong Catering

The quality of food was far from satisfactory. We found mould on the green chilies and the containers were very dirty.

The service crew was 30 mins early.

Food portion is little especially the curry chicken... chicken were very little not to say about the potatoes.

The service crew was not friendly maybe because he is working alone.
When he returned to keep the trays, he never ask and just proceed to keep.

Food was delivered on time. Setup is fine.

Overall is ok . the cordial drinks were too sweet tho

We are disappointed with this caterer. The noodles and cold bo bo cha cha are tasteless. The rest of the dishes are nothing to shout about and warm only as it was not heated up properly due to insufficient amount of water placed in the warmers. The wrappings were not taken out from the food packaging and were left in its original state. We had to take out the wrappings and placed the covers which were left inside the tray at the side.

Steam Chicken Siew Mai 蒸鸡肉烧卖 was replaced by something else and not being informed. Seafood Otah taste weird

The admin Manager who called was so rude! As our office is located at 1.5 floor, I did ask the driver if I will ask our guys to lift the things up on a pallet using forklift but they say they can carry. End up, the manager called to say we have to pay $40!

I told the manager that I will not order again from them and his reply was, "Aiya, never mind since its not like you have ordered from us for 10 over years" Wow!!! Customer service?!?!! Totally disappointed!
