Katong Catering

The buffet catering was impressive—wide variety, fresh flavors, and generous portions. Staff were attentive and setup was neat. Perfect for events seeking quality and convenience in one package.

Overall ok. First time ordering. Delivery was early. The prawn paste chicken is disappointing though as the oil used for frying it seemed to be those reused oil.

The delivery is punctual and the food come still warm even though it’s not inside a thermal bag.

The chilli sauce prawns is nice and we like the otah too. Curry can be abit spicier but it’s friendly for kids.

Our 2nd time ordering from Katong Catering, fully satisfied with the serving and delicious spread of food. Will continue ordering from them for the festive celebrations.

The food is good and quantity is enough for the 40pax we ordered. Guest asked which caterer it is so that they can also order from this caterer. This speaks volumes about the food quality! Will definitely look for this caterer for future orders!

All the dishes are reasonably good but I love the Honey Mayonnaise Prawns and Mackerel Otah best. The food are generally non oily nor salty which falls under the healthy choice. If the food had been a bit warmer it would have been great!! The delivery was half an hour late due to heavy traffic jam.

Food and service exceeds my expectation. Food came just slightly early and hot. The taste for all food were great. The hickory glazed chicken is tender, not too salty. Mackerel otah is good and you can see chunks of fish meat! Lots of broccoli and mushrooms. Cereal fish - cereal still flaky and dry and fish slice is not oily.
Rice looks plain and "white" but very tasty.
The set is value for money due to the taste, quality and quantity.
Oh, the walnut brownie is moist. Just that walnut is not on every piece of brownie.

The food arrived hot. Portion is big. Dont really like the cereal fish as the is abit mushy. Everyone likes the red velvet cheese cake. Curry abit diluted. But overall still ok. Can give it a try.

Food was good and portion was more than enough. Food came hot and fresh. Well appreciated as it felt very much homecooked. Curry's chicken was excellent, not too spicy and yet flavourful. And its amazing how the chicken were mostly boneless or if not all. Very impressive, no frills or mess by my guests. The cereal fish was abit dry though, maybe over cooked, but the fish quality itself was decent. Enjoyed the food alot and i will certainly order again! Thumbs up and 5 stars!

Service is good! Buffet arrive before stipulated time (also not too early). Food is good too for the pricing. Love the prawn cos it’s deshelled and easy to eat. I think the satay they also gave extra. Portion was also v generous!
