Katong Catering

Caterer was early to set up and the set up exceeds my expectation. Simple and nice. It was done before the stipulated time. All my guest enjoyed the food and feedback that the curry, otah and fish cake are nice. Many asked which caterer inordered from. Food portion is just right but as usual, staples always have more left overs.
Would like to suggest to caterer to provide covers for the food so that it can be kept clean. Once i open the clean wrap, all the food is exposed for a good 3 hours or so. Food might get contaminated since most of the time the caters are outside the house along corridor.

Set up was fast, delivery staff was courteous, dishes were all tasty. There was feedback that the log cake was not too sweet so it was nice. Definitely a caterer we would consider for future events.

All the courses on this Christmas menu were well-prepared and enjoyable. Reasonably priced and reliable service. Would like to try their regular mini buffet menu in the future.

The food is not tasty and either too salty or too sweet (dessert). Little disappointed.

The cold dish ham was average. The fish was super mushy till my guest thought it was fried rice. Butter rice tasteless. Garlic prawn tasteless. Yakitori chicken acceptable.

Caterer was flexible when we requested for slight changes to the menu. No more hassles once the order is confirmed. Set-up was neat and prompt. Staff is courteous. Food is so delicious that people ask which caterer it is, and everyone wants to take home the remaining portion.

Very pleased with the food quality. All the dishes were delicious and thumbs-up by guests. The delivery was early but timely. Proportion was also nice. Even though there was no provision of disposable tablecloth & trash bag compared to another caterer that we engaged in the same month, the food was enough for me to consider ordering from this caterer again.
