Overall food is fine. Desert taste funny sea coconut with milk? Service is ok. They arrive early as requested.

Ordered abalone Yu sheng. Never deliver. Call delivery man , he asked to call office, then call again saying in his van. But no abalone delivered. Came tooo early. Ordered for 6-7pm. Came at 5.30pm. Ordered the noodle, the noodle came spoilt with sour smell.

2nd order as the 1st order last year was tasty. However this time round, although the serving of rice and bee hoon is good, the serving portion of the other dishes were not enough to go around. Ordered Sea coconut with Sago but was given Almond Jelly instead.

Food standard is very bad, for the beancurd tofu with minced meat, the meat got a weird taste which is not fresh, the sauce is so dark and salty! For the prawn paste chicken, it is so dark as it was over fried! The pork rib king meat is so thin like paper sliced meat, the meat is not fleshy at all! Crispy butter prawn is not crispy at all! The prawns is not properly covered with the marinade to fried and the prawn is not fresh and stick with the shell! For sweet and sour fish, the fish is not crispy and soft and sauce is not enough to cover the fish properly! Only the fried rice and sotong you tiao is acceptable but not for the rest of the dishes! Basically not value for money at all! Will never order from this caterer anymore!

Dishes are not up to expectations and disappointing.
- old shanghai pork trotter bee hoon - few pieces of meat, not what is expected
- salted egg pork chop, lumpy
- sweet and sour slice fishes - over coated blatter not much fish meat
- golden oat ebi prawn - too sweat, over coated blatter can't find the ebi
- asparagus is the worst dish.. the dish had turns sour
- yam paste - is too sweet

out of 9 dishes, only 3 is acceptabel
- yu sheng
- roast duck - not much of dang gui taste though
- yan ring

Ordered the mini buffet set. But food came slightly cold, it would be good if they provide the heating pad.

1. Delivery time set at 12pm. Food delivered at 1.40pm. Acceptable? You judge for yourself. Don't bother calling their hotline as they won't pick up. Only can msg.
2. Food was cold when arrived. Best before time for consumption stated 2pm.
3. Portion for 20 pax was disappointing. Barely enough. "Happiness" platter = 25 pcs of thinly sliced swiss roll, how to be happy?
4. Firecracker pork ribs = mala pork ribs (most of my guests feedback too oily, tough and spicy)
5. Remember to bring can opener to open the 10 head abalone as it's delivered in the can.

If the food arrived on time, i think it would be better as it would be slightly hot and not so soggy.

The food delivery is late and not properly set up.. missing burner and no decor. We have to manually heat up in the kitchen and also have to put in the hot water to heat up the food, guest were very hungry as delivery was late. The food is not nice just normal taste. Will not place order again. Very disappointed ☹️

The items received were cold, the rice is nice but wasn’t quite enough to adequately serve 10pax. Additionally, the vegetables were not cooked well and the pieces were quite large, which made them challenging to eat.
