Food are generally acceptable but expect to taste more difference varieties and kinds of taste but seem that caterer has limitation

Food tastes ok however too oily for us. Tight sealed packaging makes it safe woth zero spill yet kinda difficult to be peeled off entirely, especially we prefer to heat it up via microwave before consuming the food.

Food quality is good. Serving quantity is generous. There were a few occasions where the packers mess up the packing with spillings. But after feedback to Empire Catering, the liaison person was very accommodating and ensure such spilling incidents are kept to the minimal.

Was given celery on 31 Aug although I indicated under no celery in the special request. Le Xing 1st replied that they will feedback to the operation team and they will try not to include celery as a vegetable dish in future. To my disappointment, I got celery again on 7 & 13 Sep, consecutive weeks somemore . Feedbacked to them again but no respond at all. Didn't even get any compensation for having no vegetable for my meals for 3 whole days as none of us eat celery. i tink most catering either they dun giv strong taste veg or they indicate in their menu so that customers can skip catering on that day. Upset that my feedback is not taken into consideration.

Pork rib dishes always exceed my expectations. Seldom see pork rib at cai peng stall. It goes well with yam too.

In the package I had selected, there was Aromatic Fried Rice. I clearly informed the caterer that I wanted only Egg Fried Rice which they acknowledged, but when it was delivered, it was the original rice dish. Totally disappointing! Children at my party did not like ham and vegetables in the rice dish and did not eat it and so much was wasted.

As for the Aglio Olio with mushroom, it came with bell peppers and that was not stated in the menu! Again, the children at the party did not like the aglio olio as there was vegetables in it and it was wasted.

The breaded fish was a little over fried and not tasty. The French fries was soggy.

Potato salad was average.

Overall, I am sorely disappointed. I will NOT order from this caterer again. Furthermore, they were reasonably expensive too.

The delivery was a bit early than i expected. Food is nice and portion is enough for us. Soup is yummy too.

The server is good, food is ok, portion is good. Taste is ok. Soup no spilt. We will consider to order again next time .

Food standard and customer service are dropping. Some times Vege totally wasted cos whole family cannot accept. Ordered 3 pax meal delivered 2 pax meal, feedback no response, asked again still no response. Decided to discontinue.

Prawn sauce (paste) chicken is too salty and meat is stiff (not suitable for kids). Braised pork bun overcooked / placed for too long as some buns became yellowish.

Fried rice and prawn salad are nice. Hot cheng teng is good (not too sweet).
