Unappetising presentation of food.
The dishes were repeated and showed a lack of variety.
Once, the dish was sour (and I wondered if it really turned bad).

Delivery arrived 15 mins after the requested time, which is acceptable as caterer did mentioned on order to expect a 30-45 mins variation before or after stipulated time. Food quantity is generous. Food quality overall is ok and not too salty. The food arrived only slightly warm.

Pineapple Fried Rice 7/10 - This was the best dish.
Pork w/Honey Sauce 6/10 - Pork chops a bit soggy from soaking in sauce.
Curry Chicken 6.5/10 - Ok but not fantastic.
Lo Han Chye 6.5/10 - Ok.
Har Lok Prawns 6/10 - The prawns were a bit smallish though fresh and the sauce on the salty side.
Sweet & Sour Fish 6/10 - Fish a bit soggy from soaking in sauce. Would be good if caterer can separately pack the sauce for customers to add on later.
Longan & Cocktail 7/10 - This had more cocktail than longan. I ordered almond jelly w cocktail so apparently caterer gave me the wrong item.

1. funny toxic taste in the prawn dish.
2. china delivery man can't speak a word of english and i dont understand his accented mandarin.
3. pork rib king dish is soggy.
4. portions is generous
5. pineapple fried rice ok.
overall food is not nice but then again not many caterers cater for small group of 10.

The food taste is average. The cereal prawn is cold and tough.
The prawn sauce chicken is dry.

However, the overall appearance and setup of food is nice and colourful. Presentation of food appears appetising though.

The cutlery is of better quality than some other caterer and
quite generous with it too

Other than the curry chicken.. All other food are terrible. Asked for cold bo bo cha cha, they give lukewarm. Lemon fish is so soggy that you don't even feel like putting in your mouth. Salted prawn is not salted, simply taste weird. Luo han Zhai contain mainly cauliflower only. Not the kind I know. Very very disappointed with the food. Totally not worth it. My guest hardly touch the food. A lot of left over. Will not order from them again.

Request for 6pm delivery but only came 1.5 hr late, because the vehicle broke down as informed by the caterer. Way past the recommended eating time. Food turned out to be cold, not tasty One good thing is that the vegetable is not too salty.

Expected delivery time was 6.30pm but the food came at 7pm instead. The portion of the food was okay, but quality could be better.

The food quality is quite bad, we are disappointed with the food, portion is good. Delivery wise quite prompt. We will not order from them again
