Food serving portion generous which is great. Imperial chicken is disappointing as it turns bad therefore no oopportunities to try out this dish. Not sure if the food was prepared n stored in container much earlier due to busy festive period resulting in the spoilt food as bubbles were forming up (fermenting)!Dishes could be improved such as porkribs should be cooked in smaller bite sizes. Overall service is good and punctual! Will go back to this caterer still if I need to!
