This is our first order from Lexin. I like Asian Delight as rice/noodles were served on every Wed and Fri.

The assortment of vegetables can be improved. We hardly get spinach and broccoli. Hope to have more of it.

There are many episodes of stir fry frozen pork collars which were rather tough. Hope they can replace it with more tender meats.

CS on Whatsapp was not responsive. Texted them on 27 Jul but no reply.

Overall good selection and taste. Repeat purchase and we enjoyed it. Delivery is on time as well which is important since we have young children.

The dishes are not bad. Particularly like the chicken dishes. Like most tingkat, the veges are quite bland.

Ordered 20 days package, had a severe allergic reaction and called in to check on the ingredients with their customer service hotline. Customer service rep was very kind and offered a partial refund.

However, after invoice for refund was generated, no refund was made by finance side and nothing heard despite calling in and communicating with the rep on whatsapp. It has been more than a month since and still chasing for refund.

First time ordering tingkat, maybe had too high expectations which leads to disappointment. the dishes were salty and especially the meat dishes, it has really weird taste. came late 1 day and offered to extend by 1 more day which is a nice gesture, however the hotline should be extended to 7pm instead of closing at 6pm. will continue to eat caifan instead of ordering tingkat

Enjoyed lexin's food since pre-covid. tried other caterers but in the end my family still enjoy lexin.

Dinner is usually delivered before 4pm so must heat up the food. Although it's said to be healthier choice but soup is salty and elderly cannot consume because the feet would swell the next day

The food arrived within the expected time range. However, all food delivered like normal dapao big plastic bags and not in a vacuum bag to keep the food hot/warm.
The curry chicken is too watery, other than that, the rest of the food were fine. Room for improvement.

This will be the first and last time ordering from Le Xin. Based on the food in the buffet list, one dish was mixed up and the reviews from all my guests are no good.

This is my first time choosing this food caterer. The experience is good and prompt. They have provided all the necessary cutlery and disposable plastic table mat.
