Soups are usually good. Need to have more varieties of vegetables, currently cai xin is in the menu too often. Prawns are also not too fresh.

It seems like the portion of the food is getting lesser for 2 pax. Delivery was always on time. But prefer to have the food comes with a container cover.

Repeated order. Food is generally good, less salty and less oily than the order previously. Portion is generous but can improve on the variety.

Repeated orders. Portion sometimes quite small for 3 paxs dinner. Overall taste was ok. Delivery timing was early.

Food is ok, reach punggol at about 5 to 5.30.
Proportion ok for 2 as well.

dishes and soup especially is a bit salty for me.

November’s menu was quite unsatisfactory, with repetitive sliced pork within same week. Vegetables quality was bad. We received a plate mostly stalks, for the caixin.

I had ordered 3rd time from this store , I like the soup but not the prawns. The menu it good and nice .

Repeat order... sometimes the food turn sour, especially those with onion.
timing was inconsistent also, sometime quite late.

Worst experience ever. Had been ordering tingkat since a year ago and had tried different caterers. Xin Le had treated the customer for granted and did not provide quality food especially any dish related to egg. The “chef” that made the egg dish just failed big time and should not be called as a “chef”. Xin le should reflect on it own or should not even venture into tingkat business.

I will not order again, never ever period!

The food is so so but the service is bad. I call the hotline to request a container cover but they said will check but they totally never get back to me. U see the dish. Mostly repeated … worst case is the give me two same dish.. usually if one of the dish is cabbage . Then they will use the cabbage to cook for the soup and also use the cabbage to cook for the other dish. So you have total 3 cabbage dish. :(
