The portion is generous but the taste of the food is abit on the heavier side. There was one chicken dish that came with a layer of thick oil.

Overall, i think it's still an acceptable tingkat.

Food: The food was tasty and great which is less salt,less oil and no MSG for me. If happen to order from Le Xin Catering, i will definitely recommend the catering to my business colleagues.

Service: The Customer Service Officer which name Darren, was call up to me and confirm my Tingkat Order. was quite friendly chat with him and able to answer my questions/enquiry regarding about Tingkat Information. If there is a need to order again, i would like to order and clarify it from Darren,Customer Service Officer.

We only like the soup most and some of the dishes. The vegetables need improvement as it’s not nice and we don’t finish it most of the time.

Food was very tasty despite no MSG, great variety of dishes with no repeat dishes in the same month. Soup definitely lives up to their 'Lao Huo Tang' standard. Exceptional service by CSO Christine as well for any help or request I had. Will continue to order!

This is the 5th time i have ordered with this caterer. Price is economy and delivery is prompt. But need to improve the food quality as sometimes, it is quite oily.

Eveeryday meal come with 3 finger food & 1 cooked dish. if customer want finger food will get it from supermarket. Why order tingkat? Meals will come with Mantou with sweetener, what a wierd dishes.

Food was good, delivery most often on time (elderly parents loved this as it does not disrupt their schedule). Soups were especially good; my only gripe is that the dishes can be less saucy, but that is my personal preference for healthy food. Otherwise, food is generally quite ok with customer service replying mostly quite timely. Good, recommended.

Our preferred caterer since the start of the CB period. We have been renewing our orders with Le Xin for our dinner. Food is decent and good variety.

Food was okay, just that the timing the tingkat delivered to my area was quite early, earliest was just before 4pm and generally before 5pm.
