Service is good. Got free upgrade to Asian delight for new customer. But food could be better. Food standard not consistant. Delivery is very early.

Great caterer with variety of food. The curry dishes are spicy and delicious. One of the best tingkat caterers.

I have ordered tingkat from 3 caterers. Their soup is the best among 3 caterers, taste good and most important is, my kid love it.

Le Xin Catering is efficient in responding to orders and helpful in replying to queries. They called the very next day after I submitted my order via FoodLine.

Food was delicious as compared to some other caterers I have tried previously.
Even though some dishes were a bit too oily and salty for our liking, there is always a balanced variety of meat and vegetables.
Generous portions were also given.

Repeated orders. Overall dishes was taste good. Needs to improve on attention to customer request. Requested for No Prawn, but still send prawn dishes.

Vendor sent wrong dish but they quickly acknowledged the mistake & resend extra dish on the subsequent day.

This is the 2nd time i order with this caterer. Their delivery is always on time and food taste good especially soups. However, food portion is quite inconsistent, some time more, some time less.

The container is sealed like bubble tea type. Won't spill. The food taste more salty than other tingkat. Soup also salty.

The food is good. portion size is decent.
I like that they have option for brown rice.
Delivery around 10am.
There was one instance, they gave a small dessert. :)
Customer service is responsive personally calls to confirm the details of my order.

Everything is okay other than when we request for no prawn no sotong, there are still dried shrimp in some dishes and squids in soup. And also too many times of celery as seasonal veggies. hope to have more variety of veggies like ths soup.
The food mostly taste not bad.. will continue to order from Le Xin Tingkat..
