Generally good The food is generally acceptable. Caterer is honest and compensate when food is spoiled.

Overall, the food is quite tasty. It completes to most of my mum's normal cooking before. And it has a well balanced combination of meat, seafood, vegetable + a soup. It reached us 640pm but the indication of the food says food prepared at 3pm & best consumed by 7pm which also shortens the fullest nutrition part of the food

Our repeat order with Le Xin. We were happy with our previous order (Family Deluxe Dinner) and decided to renew our order but this time 'upgraded' to Asian Delight Dinner instead.

It turned out to be a good choice as the family members liked the additional local favorites that were served on every Wed & Fri.

The daily food deliveries were prompt, too.

Some of the meat dishes tend to be a little hard, but overall for the rest of the dishes was generally ok.

Food taste is quite nice. They allow special requests (inside the ordering form) to suit for kids and old. Delivery is consider late. The whole period 5days, food arrive 1.30pm onwards for lunch which can be much improved.
Customer service is acceptable- they confirmed my order about 3days after I hv placed order - due to overwhelm demand.

Ideally Containers with proper cover lid instead of plastic seal cover.
Foods generally acceptable.

The food delivery was on-time. Food is fresh when being delivered. The food portion was pretty reasonable.

My 1st time Order Tingkat, not sure is it because of High demand season - Covid19.
When my Tingkat arrived around 12 noon. Foods, rices & soups is not so warm.

If there is a high demand, then get more vehicle to do delivery, not delivering more places by same driver.
Long or delay in delivery, foods will turn cold or not that warm, then the food will not taste as good.

Must improved on delivery of foods.

We have a toddler and our toddler really loves soup so getting this caterer was good as they get their daily soup from
Lao Huo Tang. Their other food items are good and portions wise seems ok with 2 adults and one toddler. The only downside is the food items at 4:30pm hence we have to eat our dinner quite early. We would consider to re order if the food comes at 5:30pm or later.

Most of the food are delicious, the only problem is the arrival time is too early (9.30am average) and we need to heat up all the food to consume. Overall the services are good.
