The food are good, especially the soups.
The food are good, especially the soups. However, the deliveries are quite early which resulted in reheating the food.

Highly recommended for Lexin
I opted for 3 dishes and soup option (no rice). Personally I like their dishes and it delivered on time.

Sand in the Vege.
Food is not recommand,their vegetable did not clean ,a lot of sand in their vege,we complain two times.They have two many deep fried ,not health.

Thank you for your valuable feedback.
We are truly sorry for the unpleasant experience you had been through.
As we take food hygiene matters very seriously, our team has immediately proceed to conduct an investigation.
We found out that the 'sand in vegetable' case did happen last month. Our management team has issued a stern warning to the Kitchen staff and this case was reviewed to our vegetable supplier as well to ensure better quality vegetables is delivered to our kitchen. This case has been resolved since April 2020 and we will ensure such matter will not happen again.
Our Tingkat menu does include fried food items a few times in a month to suit every food preference and hence there’s more variety of food choice. It is recommended to look at the Tingkat menu of the month before ordering.
We truly appreciate your feedback and we will strive to serve you better in future.

The food overall still ok. Packaging difficult to open.
The food overall still ok. Portion not much. Packaging a bit difficult to open. It will be better if can improve on the packaging.

Food is generally nice, but vege sometimes doesnt taste fresh. Delivery is punctual. Portion is enough for 2 pax.

Overall, delivery was on time, usually delivered around 11am for lunch. Portion was sufficient for 1 person.
