Food portion OK but food not delicious and over cook like pork ribs, over fry too hard, garlic chicken also overcook and garlic over fry turn black.

Overall food is delicious and not bad , caterer came early then expected time. Food is still warm .

Food is generally bland and certain dishes very salty. Portion is smaller compared to other caterers. Not recommended if you are a big eater.

The fish was surprisingly good, still crispy even though the food came 1 hour late.
The prawn and duck were not well received during the event but when I reheated the leftover for dinner, they were actually good. The duck was tender and nice when warm but my guest commented the meat was tough during the event.
The chicken was really really BAD! It tasted weird and a bit bitter. Not sure if it supposed to taste like this or it had gone bad. Luckily most people just took one bite and discarded it.
Overall, I was a bit disappointed. The food came late by 1 hr and there was only one guy delivering the food. The event started at 12 and when all set up it was 1:30 pm. Though I was told the food maybe late but most caterers would say that just in case. This is the first time I actually experienced this and it was embarrassing!

Overall, the food is pretty good and Yummy, especially the 5 Fortune Lotus Leaf wrapped rice.
The Scallop Yam Basket is very special; most of my guests thought is mushroom.

Delivery was late; all my guests commented that Curry Chicken was bland almost tasteless. The two portions of Yu Sheng (supposedly for 15 pax) was miserably small. Worse, the "vegetable" in the Yu Sheng was all wet, miserably small portion and soggy and way too too sweet for everyone's likings. Fortunately the Ee Fu Noodles and Dory fillet were well-received. We had to add ad-hoc food as all portions were too little for our guests esp. given the unpalatable curry chicken and vegetable, both were practically untouched and thrown away.

Due to CNY season,food was delivered slightly late.
Food items are tasteless.
Yusheng is the best food item among the rest.
Fried rice: blend and tasteless.
Creamy butter Pork rib :-so hard that cannot even bite through, hard like a rock.
Curry chicken: only see oil & no taste of curry.overall weird taste.
Jumbo prawns: Not fresh
Brocolli: Hard and the colour of the broccoli is fading off...
Prawn roll : The fillings are Salty till the maximum.As if pour in lots of salt
Yam paste: Very sweet ...free flow of sugar?

The food is delicious and my guests like it very much. Thanks for delivering the food on time. I will order again for my next event.

They have delivered on time and foods are warm . All foods look nice and delicious. That why I order another round on the 9th day of the CNY

Delivery came 1.5hrs late. I am unable to get get in touch with the caterer with the number that they have provided.
