The fried yaki udon was very savoury and had the wok hei taste. The prawn fritter was breaded very well, so it ended up that there was more flour than prawn, which was not to our liking. We ordered the satay and otah, but it came in the same tray. We were unable to place the otah leaves and satay in the same dish, so it was not very presentable.

The caterer did not process my order on time and in the end the tingkat service started 2 days later than my requested date. I was told over the phone that the officer in charge did not process my order, no reason was given for the lapse in service. However, the officer who attended to my call promptly helped me commence my tingkat service.

I ordered for dinner and the food always arrive at about 4pm and by the time it is time for dinner, the food is always cold. the food is packed in different microwavable containers and it is a hassle to heat up the food. Would prefer if they use a bento box (for 1 pax) so it is easier to heat up the food at one go.

Taste wise, the food is quite tasty, if not for the cold food.

Ingredients and packaging are good, and the dish portion is quite ok especially the vegitable.

Soup is salty & boring. Brown rice too hard.

Food taste good with quality ingredients. One of the best amongst the few tingkat caterers i’ve tried so far.

Portion abit little but foods are great :)

My guests love the almond jelly w/cocktail and curry chicken most. The kids like the HK noodle. Portion consider generious. Pork rib king a bit hard n dry. I love the cereal prawn personally. Value for money. Will order again.

The food was nicely packed in microwaveable containers. Taste alright, and portion given enough for my family of 3. Will consider to continue with the tingkat delivery.
