Hope caterer would take my honest feedback ... More constructively on the following areas to improve on: 1) customer service - this is my first time using le xin’s services, the female staff who confirmed my order via phone was alright but could have been friendlier when I was asking about customizing some dishes, she was not curt but the choice of words “u can only choose this or that” could have been replaced with a better tone and choice of words. The male staff who sent me the invoice - I replied him with further questions : “will utensils be provided?” - he did not bother replying my email. When i called him on his direct line, he didnt sound friendly either and when i ask the same question, he replied me curtly “everything is provided”. Excuse me, what is “everything”? 2) for food items - A) Satay pork was too oily & some guests feedback that it is quite spicy B) Xin zhou Bee hoon - i asked for it to be vegetarian, i saw some crabmeat in it, i hope the crabmeat is vegetarian cos’ i cannot tell. Nonetheless i appreciate the customisation of certain dishes to ve vegetarian as i hve guests who are vegetarian. The feedback was that the beehoon was too wet C) Curry vegetables- would suggest to add some potatoes? Guests feedback that its plain & not savoury enough D) Braised beancurd - if felt more like braised tau kwa?? Is this even beancurd? Why not use egg toufu? E) Sweet sour fish - as commented in the dish we disliked most - raw & not cooked well!
