Love, Tingkat!

Except for a few dishes like assam fish, roast duck, the rest of the dishes are generally not very tasty. The meat dishes especially pork dishes are hard. Difficult for old folks to eat.

It would be good if there could be a wider range of dishes - maybe more non-Chinese and Western dishes. The usual Chinese fare can be boring and repetitive. Lots of dishes that were too salty. There are lots of ways to create healthy and tasty dishes without using too much salt. CS was good.

For the pricing, expectations will be higher on the food quality. I find the food ok but not good enough to justify the significantly higher price. Not value for money

Food and service are good. They really use fresh ingredients. Enjoy their daily tingkat food. Will renew order when it expires.

Their food is good. They use fresh ingredients and I would specially like to mention about their soup. It's superb and I enjoy every of their soup.

The food was delivered around 6pm, which is good timing for dinner time, and it was consistent. However sometime the food, with toufu or some vegetable will taste sour. some of the dish taste salty too.

Overall the food is nice and healthy. There's no processed or canned food as advertised which is good. But the portion is abit small.

The vegetable is sour without any mushroom, suppose the menu is Broccoli with mushroom. Although the food was pack inside the warmer bag, but the dish was not hot.

The food is oily. Don't see how it is considered healthy meal, which commands a higher price to normal tingkat. Rice for 2 pax come in 1 box, need to separately use plate to share the food. Taste wise ok. Comes in warmer bag but delivered very early about 3.45pm.

Service ok. But for some reasons, 1 of their foreign workers called my mobile looking for "boss" from their office number. So it is a bit scary, as if my information has been leaked.
