The customer service is pretty responsive and will act on feedback. Food quality, taste and portion wise is hit and miss. Soup is ok.

Delivery was fuss free and reliable. Food is so so. Jessie catering needs to indicate that it is halal as the food is provided by another halal caterer, meaning no pork and everyday is chicken. Therefore, variety is limited.

Do take note that the caterer is halal so you will basically be having chicken everyday. Ordered 4 dishes so quite a fair bit of processed food. Prawns not fresh.

For the pricing, expectations will be higher on the food quality. I find the food ok but not good enough to justify the significantly higher price. Not value for money

Food is average. Portion is quite small for some dishes. Soup comes with chicken almost everyday. Chicken meat is the main stay almost everyday. Can have more variety for protein. Delivery was fine except for the occasional spillage.
