The buffet was okay-the food was nothing special but it was delicious and good and there was a lot of it. The curry chickens were a treat! The service was friendly and efficient and the setting is acceptable and nice. We plan to make this an annual tradition but next time I would order off the menu.

Food taste good and great service provided by the delivery personnel. however the portion for rice is too little for no. of pax i've ordered. had to went to order some pasta from delivery to top up the food for my guests.

Ordered 50 pax but the food doesn't seem sufficient for the people. The amount of food can only feed 30 pax.

Taste of food still acceptable. Delivery was on time, so was collection.

The buffet came an hour late due to heavy rain and traffic jam. There were no news from driver until I have to call the office to get updates. Though Vera was very apologetic and helpful, it was still a situation which we hope can be improved. Arrived came a driver who had to single-handedly carry and set up the food. All our staff had to help in as they were famished. The food were wiped out fast with feedback that they were good.

Overall good except broccoli. The broccoli taste like overcooked. My suggestion that may reduce the portion for main dishes to curry chicken. Catering setup very punctual and service is good. Will recommend to friends and family.

Supposedly buffet should be ready by 12 pm but the person in charge only came at 12.08 pm. One man handled everything and the buffet set up was only ready at 12.40 pm.

Asked around on the food and everyone commented that it was just average. Even the drinks were too sweet! Ordered a vegetarian bento meal and the look and taste of it was just simple edible.

overall experience with makan mate who have a high rating of 4.5 on foodline was disappointing.
