Sometimes the dishes are processed food, eg: luncheon meat, sausage. The soup is nice but there was once I almost choked by a hard sharp thing in the soup. The veg sometimes has a weird taste and sometimes with sand.

Hope Mei Hao will seriously look into this else they should close shop. Had a few bad stomachache due to food turned bad for leaving out for too long. Vegetable tasted too “chemical” due to poor food preparation and lack of washing.


Just signed up Tingkat with Hewtop - most value for money, decent food portion and taste great… most importantly food deliver just on time.

This is the earliest timing i ever received for a dinner tingkat - the food always arrived about 2.05pm-2.10pm!! This is ridiculously early timing for dinner tingkat. Food was stone cold by the time we reach home to take in the food.

The caterer delivery is incorrectly changed from 3 pax to 2 pax. Due to this, food portion came lesser. The mistake is taken care of after feedback to food line. Otherwise, the service is ok.

Food was served on time. Just that I ordered 40 pax buffet, and it cannot be arranged separately into 20/20.

Ordered 20 days tingkat. 1st week food was quite alright until it becomes more and more oily. Never feel thirsty after food which is good. Pricing wise still acceptable.

So far food taste is ok… but sometime very salty
But overall food is acceptable. Hopefully will have 10 days meal instead of 20 days

The food is generally ok but can really improve on the vegetables. Personally, we find that the vegetables are quite hard. Was looking forward to their curry chicken after reading the good reviews on it but was disappointed that the menu got changed for that day so we never get to try it. The delivery guy never knock on our door/press the doorbell since day 1. But after a few days, we just figure out the rough timing ourselves.

Food is on the salty side.
Although price is considered cheap but for the quality of the food , will not receommend. Will be good if there is no processed food.

Soup ok but other dishes very salty. Food portion ok for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Prefer to have less fried items.
