The food came on time, however totally no cutlery or serviette given, how do we eat ?
the dessert also came toppled (see photo)
the bee hoon portion is not enough
other food portion is ok
disappointing experience as we heard good reviews b4 but maybe changed for the worse.

The food is disappointing. The basil chicken is not nice & salty. The salad taste bad and soggy. The fried rice taste flat. The magnolian fish is hard and lots of flour. The broccoli so little for a $15 set.
My 20 colleagues are so disappointed with mum kitchen.
This my 2nd time ordering. I forgot that I had complaints from colleagues for this kitchen bec its 2 yrs ago.

A bit disappointed, yesterday then info will change of the fish sauce, that the one reason i choose $13 I/O $11.

The food are generally good and tasty. But the hygiene is totally intolerable. There was a plastic black bowl swarmed with ants. As a result, the ants moved around the food and causes a lot of alarm for my guests. This Is embarrassing for me as the host of the event for catering food with ants around. The last photo is the evidence of the source of the ants which spreaded around the food.

Delivery service on time.

Delivery is on time.

It was my baby daughter's first month celebration and the sales person already indicated pink for the theme. However when the delivery came and completed setup with blue I was shocked. I ask him to change to pink and he said he needed to wait for his truck to come back. My guests already arrived and we had to wait for about 30 mins.

The setup also did not have the menu to indicate the food as one of the items was beef. We had to do our own menu last min while busy handling the guests.

The mango pudding also did not came with a tray of ice to keep it cool and it turned sour less than 2 hours although my place was windy.

Overall not a very good experience

The food was horrible. Most of the dishes were very salty especially the soup which felt like a whole bottle of salt was added to it. The fish was quite hard with barely any meat and the cabbage came in one whole bunch, not even peeled. The Lotus leaf rice was extremely bland. Overall the whole reunion dinner was spoiled!
