Mum's Kitchen

Overall the food was good, and we are glad to have ordered from mum's kitchen.
The portion of food is considered small, just nice..., with some of the guest missing out on the curry, probably a good thing as it may due to the good quality where some guest took abit more than a single serving; as compared to some of the caterers we had previously ordered.

One comment generally made by our guest, is that the vegetables "stir fry greens with wolfberries" somehow would be better if it is green vegetable like "nai bai", "shanghai green", or other green leaves vegetable instead of the white cauliflower.

Overall i would still give a thumbs up to the mums kitchen team, and will definitely give it another go for our next buffet gathering coming up soon.

This is my first time ordering with Mum's Kitchen and their dishes are awesome! I opt for the international cuisine at S$16.50 (exclude GST) per pax.
Mum's kitchen laksa and the Beef Stew Root Vegetables will all well-liked by our guests.
The appetizer of Dragon Prawn with spicy sauce were superb too!
Bascially all the dishes were good and tasty. My guests are impressed by the food and they have helped themselves with another 2 / 3rd round for the food. The caterer delivery guys were very courteous an helpful too. As the collection time was at 9pm, they waited patiently for us to clear our food. Thumbs up for the service and definitely I will order from Mum's kitchen again!! :-)

The ingredient is fresh and the taste is awesome, most of guest keep refill their portion. The portion of size is quite generous too, for local taste of buffet, Mum's kitchen consider aunty uncle fav local dish.

2. They use royal blue theme with flowers to do a nice decorations for baby boy event.

4. The curry chicken, pan seared fish, mee goreng and pastries like cheese cakes, eclairs and cream puff tasted very good.

The colour presentation of the food is generally good. The portion is sufficient. The Wok Fried Rice with Assortment and Pan Seared Fish Fillet with Tomato Coulis are delicious and tasty. However, the Potato Salad with Mustard Mayo is not nice and there are a lot of leftovers in my wedding lunch reception.

Great food and service, at a slightly expensive price.

Guests love the food and table arrangement. Caterer service was good, serviced our special requests well. Setup Staff was professional, though slightly late.

Price can be 20-30% more expensive than lower-end buffets.

Generally, food presentation is good. Not much negative feedbacks from my guests and they enjoyed the food.
