Overall, the food and setup was fantastic. They even had CNY decorations to go with the setup. The main issue I had was that both the chicken and duck were served whole. It was very troublesome to cut it on our own, even with the utensils provided. I would have preferred a lesser hassle option.

Pan Seared Fish Fillet -turned soggy.
Prawns - it was nice but i had a lot of leftovers because guests didn't want to dirty their hands to de-shell the prawns.
Cream of Mango with Sago and Pomelo - again, taste is good... but I don't recall seeing pomelo bits.

Both the chicken and duck require us to cut into smaller pieces before consumption. Even though relevant utensil were provided, i find it a chore to do the cutting. No doubt the display was good when a whole chicken is place in the container, maybe i alternative option which does not require cutting in the future would suit the consumer.

The delivery was punctual.
The setup was fast and it comes with the CNY decoration which was quite impressive for a buffet catering.

The feedback from the consumer was that the Signature Laksa taste great.

I am very satisfied with the customer service and they arrived earlier to get the set up ready by the time specified. Very good time management. Their food that came warm.Warmers really kept the food warm throughout. Thumb up the effort were put in from the decorations, especially the fake flower n skirting. Portion for 30pax is sufficient. Will order again for future occassion.

In general food was nice, however the drinks was not enough for my guests.

Portions could have been better -- meant to be for 10 to 12 pax -- but that is only if you are a very small eater
Overall quality of food was good though

Food on general is not salty other than the grilled sausage platter. Too many grilled sausage for a party of 10 pax. Instead some grilled fish combination as excessive meat items.

My colleagues were very happy with the food served. Caterer were very understanding and helpful. I had requested for additional order and they were willing to assist the additional order.

Food was unexpectedly awesome...
Although Shepherd's Pie was a different style from mine, its still taste good...

Spicy Thai Glass Noodle Salad (with Prawn & Squid), Mum’s Signature Curry Chicken, Glutinous Rice with Dried Shrimp & Mushroom, Pan Seared Fish Fillet with Caper Butter and Mum’s Cereal Prawn taste verygood.

We like Mum’s Thai Pineapple Rice to have a slightly stronger taste.

Overall the food is good except the prawn in chili crab sauce. (Too spicy although have requested the caterer to make it less spicy). Some guest feedback that the tau suan is too watery.
