Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Due to high demand during festive period, kindly order 2 weeks in advance. Order must be confirmed minimum 5 working days prior to the event date.

Food to be consumed within 2 hours upon delivery, the caterer shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed after the stipulated time

All items are subject to availability, Nosh Kitchen reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality.

For cancellation of order, it must be notified in writing via email at least 5 working days prior to event date, otherwise the following cancellation charges applies:
· For notice less than 5 working days (after 12nn) prior to event date —50% of the total bill
· For notice less than 3 working days (after 12nn) prior to event date —100% of the total bill
· An administrative fee of $100.00 ($109.00 with GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment being made

Any change or amendment in order must be at least 5 working days
