The only unacceptable is the order I placed is not completed. It did not deliver my vegetarian bento. Even though they going to refund but during the party it becomes inconvenient and affect my guest as I have to order from grab which delayed for ... More more than 1 hour. Quite a bad impression and experience for my guests. If ask me to order again, I will need to reconsider as I do not know will there be anymore deliveries problem. Disappointed.

1. Slow replies from caterer. I literally had to chase for follow ups.
2. Food portion was insufficient. I catered for 40 pax.
3. Came to retrieve the buffet trays rather early. Like before 9pm? When my buffet only started at 6.30pm.


Good ... More point: came before scheduled set up time. Thank you for that. And thanks to On and On diner staff Wai Kit for helping to liaise, otherwise I have no idea how to follow up on the slow and lack of replies.
