Only received food for 10 pax without following my order form. As i was not around, i passed $271.25 to my brother to pay to the delivery. The delivery counted the money twice and ... More when my brother and mother asked him if the money is correct, he had the audacity to say that it is correct even though he knows that it is wrong. Besides that, there is no golden mantou delivered to me to go with the chilli prawn and tofu. The worse thing is that i email them twice and called the office twice to get the management to call me to resolve this issue, there is no callback till now. This is the worse ever caterer that i have experienced in terms of customer service and recovery. The least that they should do is to get someone to call me to assure me that the case is being investigated and that they will get back to me asap.
