I've made some changes to my order. I've remove curry chicken and otah bun.
Thankful that seller agreed to cater the changes as some of my guests are small children who don't like spicy food.
However, the food arrived late. Almost an hour from the ... More requested time. No call informed on the lateness.
The dishes that replaced are : 1)Prawn Paste Wings, and 2)Dim Sum Set (Seafood Siew Mai & Seafood Har Gow). The quantity is not enough for 10pax (refer to the picture shown).

The noodle is too soft and soggy. Mandarin sliced fish does not have any orange sauce, only fried fish and few slices of oranges. Coffee pork rib taste a B t burnt and bitter.

The dishes overall taste good. My guests liked the dessert Cheng Tng alot as the sweetness suit them well for the season.

The dishes portion is good enough for 4 pax. Generous with white rice given. But i don't like the texture of the rice as too soft for me. Requested dinner delivery 5-6pm when i placed my order. But food delivered to my unit at 3pm. Texted message to ... More hotline but no response. Tried to talk to admin staff and delivery man but both never made any changes as promised. If the caterer cannot meet my requested time, at least inform me before accepting my order.
