Generally good food

The food is generally good for this caterer. Their teriyaki chicken is nice. The cabbage is cooked just nice. Not so soggy. I would de initely order the bento set from this caterer again.

I’d say give this caterer a try!

The service from One the Food was good. The crew who came to set up was friendly and the process was carried out smoothly. The food portions were well estimated with some leftovers which I think is reasonable. The experience was pleasant and I would recommend this caterer to my friends.

Late delivery without informing in advance

The amount of Vegetarian Bee Hoon is not sufficient. I ordered for 40 pax while the no. of persons is slightly over 30, but the vegetarian bee hoon was finished much earlier than the other dishes.

I ordered the buffet to be ready by 9.30am. But it came late. I did not receive any call from the supplier on the delay and have to call to check on the status.
