Pang Pang Rice

Completed 1 cycle of 5 days and 3 cycles of 10 days Tingkat Dinner with Pang Pang Rice decided to continue another 10 days. Overall the food was good. The portion of the food are reasonable but the quality slightly dropped. The food is delivered daily consistently on time.

Food quality slightly better than others, though what's with the tomato fried eggs - why is it served every day or every other day? And the eggs always have this burnt, charred taste. Can improve in variety and rotation.

Second time repeat customer and appreciate the promptness of delivery, taste and quality of the tingkat dinner. The dishes don't repeat much and will continue to order again.

The food was not consistent in standard, sometime bad, sometime good and sometime portion was good, sometime not so good. Hope the caterer can improve on this front.

This is the first time I order this caterer. Their food is good but to my disappointment they have 2 time forgot to deliver my rice .

Delivery was always prompt and without delay. Food taste healthy and they are not too salty nor oily. Worth trying!

Food was alright, generally more salty than others. Can't quite wrap my head around the chicken wings - 2 wings for 2 pax - really?

They are contactable upon having issues and addressed the problem promptly. Most importantly, the portion is relatively big. Really lot more than other caterers, fresh and nice. My children loved their foods, thumb up!

The food portion was reduced since late 2023 when I tried their 5 day trial. Customer service is responsive

Recommended to try Pang Pang Rice. The food is tasty and there is good variety in the dishes. Delivery is reliable.
