Pines Food Delight

The food is average for this caterer. I especially like the grilled teriyaki chicken and gado gado which is tasty and nice. The gado gado sauce is nice too.

The tofu is simple and healthier. Tasted the vegetables lohan chye it tastes with vinegar sauce and alot of people feedback that the dish has spoilt . Overall food is nice especially the steamed chicken except the vegetables. Thank you

The food was pretty great, but I would like to commend the service and coordination. It was quick, everything was here in time and also all clear in time as well :)

The food is average for this caterer. The gado gado is good with the sauce given. The rest is average food.

Service was horrible, delivery came an hour late and collection came 2 hours late. There was no chance to contact any staff - Foodline and Pines Food. My contact number was listed in the sales order and staff did not contact me at all when they were late and couldn't locate the place.

Food was mediocre and the nonya kueh was inedible. Seems like the coconut milk in the kueh had turned bad.

Overall acceptable. fried rice is tasteless and super big portion and leftover almost the whole tray. beehoon portion also leftover about 3/4. maybe caterer should consider having half a tray instead of big tray for both the beehoon and rice.
the sambal prawn qty is very little. the crab egg qty is also very little. the fish, chicken and curry veg portion is just right.
the fruit punch is very diluted too.

then the buffet table was a little too big for our narrow hdb bto so after setting up the tables, very narrow for 1 person to walk thru. but the set up was pretty as I requested for red table cloth and instructions were followed.

Food quantity for dishes (eg fish, kueh) insufficient for 100+ pax compared with some other caterers. Vietnamese sugar cane prawn was not prawn but a very salty fishball. Setup looked bare. They only collected the setup at 7pm when the original communicated time was 2.30-3pm, making our people wait.

Catering came a little late (ordered to be ready to eat at 2pm, catering arrived to set up only at 2.10pm) and I had no way of contacting the delivery personnel so panicked for a while. Food is ok, although the portion for the finger food is not quite enough. We finished the Siew Mai before all my guests arrived.
