Ayam Merah is wonderfull! Sayur lodeh is on point. Popiah is also delicious. It is sad that the Popiah provided is not 80 pieces as ordered.

There is extra sweet sour fish and rice provided for buffer, which is really appreciated!

Had 2 groups of people, some taking spicy and some not. The sweet sour fish was supposed to be for the non-spicy eaters but the fish is spicy. Whereas, the Ayam kurma was supposed to be for the spicy eaters but the chicken is not spicy at all. ... More Feedback were mostly on the carbs (i.e. the rice and the beehoon goreng) that they were too salty. Nonetheless, they mentioned that the chicken is good.
