The food came with warmer was a surprise. The food was delicious. My colleagues enjoyed the food very much. If you could include disposable tongs would be a bonus.

The food and service was up to the expectation . But the food portion is kinda less . Overall is a good service and will engage their service again

The delivery was on time, no spillage and the delivery man was pleasant. Food portion for the carbohydrate (Hong Kong noodles) was clearly insufficient (only one tray which was good for 10-15pax, mine was for 25 so I expected two trays of noodles) so I called the boss and he offered to give another box. However it only arrived near the end of my event (1.5h after I spoke to him). Otherwise quality of food was overall decent. Could have given more paper napkins as well. The salted egg yolk prawn was just normal prawn with the salted egg yolk sauce at the side.

My 3rd order from this caterer and every order I selected a total new dish. Every single time the food didn’t fail my guest.

Very disappointed with the food. Chicken curry was horrible, it tasted nothing like Chinese chicken curry, chicken was cut into very small pieces and there were no potatoes. Sotong balls were very hard , unable to bite through. Chap chye turned sour.

Easy process in ordering, the food was good and the quantity was generous. Set up was punctual. Very satisfied.

Delivery was on time and fast. Food was also well packed and the portions are good.
Nonya chap chye was too salty. Butter prawn was good.

Food delivered on time. Portion good enough for more than 20pax. Cheng Teng was nice. The cereal prawn was fresh. Portion of fried rice was too much.

Food came still warm. Portion size big. Quality very good. Raffles Catering has become our annual must-have Christmas feast.
